At Steele Auto Group, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead
our recruitment and immigration team for an 18-month term. This is your opportunity to shape how Atlantic Canada's largest automotive group attracts, hires, and develops top talent across more than 50 locations.

What You'll Do
- Lead and continue to develop our Talent Acquisition & Immigration team.
- Build recruitment strategies that support today's hiring needs and tomorrow's workforce.
- Partner with leaders across the business to deliver exceptional hiring experiences.
- Strengthen talent pipelines through community partnerships, schools, referrals, and skilled trades initiatives.
- Support both local, international and for the right candidate US recruitment strategies.
- Use data, technology, and continuous improvement to make hiring faster, smarter, and more effective, with a focus on finding the right candidate to increase company retention.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience leading recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or workforce planning.
- A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing people.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience using recruitment technology and data to drive results.
- Knowledge of immigration or international recruitment is an asset.
