Midland Transport is currently looking for an Overnight Freight Handler based out of the Dartmouth Terminal. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and "Can Do" attitude.

Shift: Sunday-Thursday (midnight to 8AM)

• Scanning process and paperwork (BOLs)

• Loading and unloading freight

• Communicate with other Dock Workers to ensure safe loading and unloading

• Keeping the dock ad work area clean and fully functioning

• Flexible to assist in other areas when volumes are low, including covering for both courier and transport deliveries routes

• Education Required: Minimum High School Diploma

• Years of Experience Required: <2 years; previous experience in a warehouse and/or shipping environment

• Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience

• Committed to working safely in a fast-paced environment

• Capable of working positively with others toward common goals

• Able to read and write clearly to complete paperwork

• Efficient and hard-working

• Basic math skills and Organizational skills
