JOB DESCRIPTION
The Real Estate Development Manager is responsible for supporting key development activities, such as site/asset acquisition, entitlements, underwriting, land planning, financial underwriting, managing internal approvals, searching for revenue generation, and supporting construction activities of RB Global’s facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for identifying, sourcing, and directing specific development activities to support the needs of the business.
- Network with customers, architects, engineers, brokers, municipal bodies, and other necessary parties in designated markets.
- Contribute technical and project-specific content to proposals. Participate in preparation of presentations to the executive teams.
- Provide project leadership throughout the delivery of all phases of the project to serve the needs of the operations, sales, and account management teams.
- Assist in the financing structure and contract negotiation process for new projects.
- Oversee and coordinate the entitlement process, underwriting, and due diligence of assigned transactions.
- Participate in the administration of the existing RB Global portfolio, including negotiations with existing and new landlords and other counterparties in RB Global transactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Technical/ProfessionalEngineering, construction management, real estate, finance, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
