This role will be within the AutoSync team. AutoSync supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations, boost marketing, and drive sales. We are seeking an innovative and driven Junior Business Analyst representative (regular full-time) that has a desire to have a lasting impact on the company's data systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting: Support data collection, cleaning, and validation. Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
Process Improvement
Document current (“as-is”) processes and help identify inefficiencies. Contribute to the design of improved (“to-be”) workflows. Assist in recommending solutions to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Data Accuracy
Ensuring and maintaining data accuracy. Develop scripts to automate various tasks through the use of Python. Establish data pipelines through web scraping. Process Big Data to provide analytical insight. Collaborating with other teams as needed to create solutions to streamline processes.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Participate in workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand operational needs. Help prepare requirement specifications, user stories, and process maps.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Advanced understanding of analytics tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools). Familiarity with process modeling (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts). Understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts is a plus. Intermediate experience with requirements documentation and data analysis. Working knowledge of Python and various Python libraries. Understanding of object-oriented software design.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and presentation skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. Curiosity and willingness to learn.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, Data Science, or a related field. Internships or coursework related to business analysis, operations, or data analytics are advantageous.

The base salary range for this position is
