Your Role Will Include
- Leading from the front during busy periods, keeping energy high and flow smooth.
- Creating adaptable operational plans that work across both hotels.
- Ensuring every guest experience is thoughtful, informed, and unforgettable.
- Coaching teams to deliver excellence in service, billing, and systems.
- Driving recruitment, onboarding, and development with seasonal awareness.
- Collaborating with leadership to support wider business and people goals.
- Using feedback, data (including NPS), and team insights to fuel continuous improvement.

What You’ll Get
- £33,000–£35,000 salary for 40 hours/week (including weekends/public holidays) PLUS a share of the Hotel Tips
