Forklift Warehouse Associate – REACH Certified

Location: Vaughan Distribution Centre

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary : $24.90/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium

Are you a certified REACH forklift operator with 2–3 years of experience? Ready to bring your

skills to a modern, high-performance warehouse equipped with cutting-edge tools and

technology?

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Operate REACH forklifts to load, unload, and organize inventory within high racking systems.
  • Handle HVAC materials, including compressors, ductwork, and electrical components.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory control to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Pick, pack, and verify orders using RF scanners.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Assist teammates and customers with warehouse support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

What You Bring to Our Team:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating a REACH forklift.
  • Valid REACH Forklift Certification.
  • Confidence navigating high racks using camera-assisted forklifts.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory software.
  • Experience with HVAC materials (or a willingness to learn).
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
