Forklift Warehouse Associate – REACH Certified
Location: Vaughan Distribution Centre
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary : $24.90/hour + $1.50/hour shift premium
Are you a certified REACH forklift operator with 2–3 years of experience? Ready to bring your
skills to a modern, high-performance warehouse equipped with cutting-edge tools and
technology?

What you will accomplish with us:
- Operate REACH forklifts to load, unload, and organize inventory within high racking systems.
- Handle HVAC materials, including compressors, ductwork, and electrical components.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory control to maintain stock accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders using RF scanners.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Assist teammates and customers with warehouse support as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
What You Bring to Our Team:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating a REACH forklift.
- Valid REACH Forklift Certification.
- Confidence navigating high racks using camera-assisted forklifts.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory software.
- Experience with HVAC materials (or a willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
