Systems Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our growing team. This position is a key role within the organization, combining business systems ownership with IT administration. The successful candidate will be our in-house authority on NetSuite, leading its implementation and ongoing optimization, while also supporting and enhancing our broader suite of systems and IT assets.

What you will be Doing:
NetSuite Ownership
- Assist with completion of NetSuite implementation and serve as the in-house expert.
- Administer, configure, and enhance NetSuite to support evolving business needs.
- Manage and optimize integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
- Provide ongoing training, documentation, and user support to maximize system adoption.
Systems Administration
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, including licensing, permissions, and security.
- Manage all software applications including FieldCap (ticketing system) and several others
- Implement system improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration.
IT Asset Logistics
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, including purchasing, deployment, tracking, and retirement of computers, phones, and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely provisioning for staff.
Collaboration & Support

Work closely with all departments to understand needs and translate them into practical system solutions.

Serve as a resource across the organization, providing clear communication and support on IT and system-related matters.
Your Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience with NetSuite administration, including implementation, customization, and integration.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration; Power BI expertise preferred.

Experience with FieldCap or similar field service management systems is an asset.

Knowledge of IT asset management processes (procurement, provisioning, decommissioning).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Service company experience required; oil & gas industry experience is an asset.
