About the role
As our Product Marketer, you are the bridge between our engineering team's "features" and the property manager's "pain points." You are responsible for the "Why" behind our product. You will spend your time deeply understanding the daily struggles of HOA boards and multifamily managers, crafting the messaging and sales tools that make our AI assistant feel like a non-negotiable hire.

Tasks
***Messaging & Positioning:**Own our core value proposition; ensure it is consistent across our website, sales decks, and marketing campaigns. ***Sales Collateral:**Create the "battlecards," pitch decks, and ROI calculators that help our sales team overcome objections. ***Product Launches:**Lead the GTM strategy for every new feature, ensuring the market understands exactly how it solves their problems. ***Competitor Intelligence:**Keep a pulse on the "AI for Real Estate" landscape to ensure we are always positioned as the superior choice.
Requirements
***Strategic Thinking:**4+ years in Product Marketing; you can find the "hook" in even the most technical features. ***Empathy:**A deep desire to understand the customer's psychology and day-to-day workflow. ***Presentation Skills:**Ability to build visually compelling decks and communicate complex ideas simply.
