About the role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in the growth of BRP. The role will work in tandem with the business lead to bring protection products to the forefront of the market, ensure product viability and channel success. The ideal candidate understands the customer journey, possesses analytical and technical skills to help structure programs and products, and is willing to take on new challenges. This is a role for someone who isn't afraid to innovate and to adapt as the market demands.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to improve processes, build programs, and grow services provided to end consumers. It is critical that the candidate understands and possesses the skills to succeed in this role.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Program oversight, development and ongoing optimization of protection products.
Responsible for forecasting and key performance indicators of the BRP protection programs
Work closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to continuously improve program performance and adoption.
Serve as key contact for systems support and pivotal in bringing integration of protection programs into existing BRP processes.
Enhance program materials and support tools for protection programs
Gain VOC and program feedback from trusted sources and play part in:
In field representation and training of BRP team
Council support and other leadership VOC
Industry experts, organizations and conferences
Innovate through optimization and workshop exercises. Work closely with outside vendors.
Work closely with ongoing aftersales initiatives to drive engagement of the dealer network.
Contribute to team culture, supporting new initiatives and projects.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations or equivalent
3-5 years experience in program management, retail channel development or insurance services
Experience with key business systems and database, ability to use tools effectively
Understanding of BRP products and industry
Computer skills including MS Office, google suite
Good understanding of CRM software and importance of data integrity
Excellent communication and organization skills, experience with dealer channel
Independence and flexibility, ability to take initiative and adapt to changes
Proven ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments
