The opportunity:

We’re seeking a Senior Program Specialist who deeply understands our customers, product, and Marketplace ecosystem. In this role, you’ll lead strategic programs that drive engagement and revenue, while collaborating cross-functionally to consult with stakeholders and clients. You’ll deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced, global environment under tight deadlines. Success in this global, fast-paced environment requires strong communication, organization, and an agile, proactive mindset.

What you'll do:

  • Lead development and optimization of customer programs (e.g., Swag, Commemorative, In-House Rewards).
  • Create and present customer-facing materials, adapting to evolving needs and feedback.
  • Curate branded Swag offerings by partnering with customers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and expectations on quotes, timelines and samples to support program execution.
  • Monitor program performance using metrics and feed back to accelerate revenue and margin growth.
  • Support customer facing internal teams with customer inquiries and implementations ensuring alignment with timelines and priorities.
  • Identify new opportunities and build business cases to support program growth.
  • Continuously review and refine processes and documentation to support scalable growth and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Care, and Finance to enable program success.
  • Multitask effectively across concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Thrive in ambiguous environments, proactively driving clarity and solutions to meet changing business and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education with 5+ years experience in Program Management, eCommerce or customer facing roles.
  • Project management experience with strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage complexity.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving clarity.
  • A thoughtful approach to change management, balancing speed with communication, clarity, and long-term adoption.
  • Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Ecommerce business knowledge (Problem identification including business impact,business processes and procedures, and cost/benefit analysis).
  • Knowledgeable in various platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira and other collaboration tools
  • Understanding and interestin design and design tools
  • Independent self-starter with a sense of urgency with a proven track of high performance and ability.
  • Agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
