Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director Talent Acquisition, Development and Rewards, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership for talent acquisition and employee onboarding programs and services including the related processes, policies and tools. As an advocate for recruitment, ensures excellence in candidate and hiring manager experience. Works to establish, operationalize and analyze key metrics and performance indicators.
