This Position reports to:
Inside Sales Manager, Canada
Your Role: Own the Challenge
- Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of product data, attributes, configurations, and prices across our various sales tools.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes related to product configuration tools and propose solutions.
- Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of product solutions with regard to IS.
- Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS products and services.
- Perform tests and help debug technical issues by working closely with members of the product, sales, and marketing teams.
What It Takes To Run What Runs The World
- Student enrolled in a college diploma program in computer science or a
- bachelor's degree program in computer science Understanding of database systems (MS SQL, my SQL).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to coordinate activities to improve product configuration tools.
- Basic knowledge of PHP.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
