We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join CI Financial’s Digital Marketing team as a Senior Manager, Strategic Insights. This role will spearhead the planning, measurement, and reporting of key marketing initiatives across CI’s global footprint, with a strong emphasis on financial marketing and data-driven storytelling.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead enterprise-wide digital analytics initiatives across CI’s business units.

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for analytics evolution and priority alignment.

• Deliver executive-level dashboards and insights tailored to business lines and leadership needs.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure data integrity.

• Oversee campaign tagging and tracking to ensure accurate, complete, and actionable data.

• Identify and resolve measurement gaps with innovative solutions.

• Translate complex data into strategic insights that align with business goals.

• Drive test-and-learn strategies to optimize performance and inform marketing decisions.

• Uncover growth opportunities across content, product, and digital engagement metrics.

• Integrate cross-channel results into holistic performance narratives for stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Minimum 7+ years in digital analytics, with a strong focus on financial marketing or wealth management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Technology; advanced degree a plus.

• Proven ability to connect data to strategy, delivering insights that influence executive decisions.

• Experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms.

• Expertise in marketing analytics platforms and campaign performance measurement.

• Deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including asset and wealth management.

• Familiarity with digital and social media trends relevant to financial audiences.

• Experience in marketing ideation and campaign strategy.

• Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills—able to turn numbers into narratives.

• Strong attention to detail with strategic vision.

• Confident decision-maker and communicator, comfortable leading presentations.

• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

• Adept at pulling and interpreting metrics from large-scale digital ecosystems.

• Ability to spot trends and deliver strategic, actionable recommendations.

• Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Flexible and adaptable in a global, fast-moving environment.

• Working knowledge of SEO / GEO strategy and implementation, Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools and familiarity with Tag Management Systems (GTM, Adobe Launch) is a nice to have.

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $131,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
