Manager, Doctor Integration & Development – People, Culture and Communications

The Opportunity
Corus is seeking to add a Manager, Doctor Integration & Development, to its exceptional and growing People, Culture and Communications team. At Corus Orthodontists, we’re not just bringing doctors into our network, we’re setting them up to thrive from day one. We’re looking for a rare kind of leader to own how orthodontists are integrated, supported, and developed across a growing North American platform. This isn’t about running onboarding checklists, it’s about building a system that accelerates performance, reduces variability, and shapes the future of doctor success at scale. What You Will Love Doing:
Accountable for Predictable, High-Quality Doctor Onboarding & Transitions
- Define and standardize onboarding and transition standards and expectations.
- Build a framework to support doctor partners early on with expectation setting and resources around what it means to mentor an incoming Associate Doctor.
- Serve as trusted point of contact for associate doctors, pre and post onboarding.
- Gather feedback on transition experience and identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure access to mentorship support.
- Maintain a centralized view of all incoming and active doctor transitions.
- Design a transition governance and planning cadence.
- Define triggers that require special operational support engagement.
Accountable for operationalizing Workforce Planning data into transition-ready practice plans
- Align associate modeling with real practice constraints in partnership with Operations and Finance.
- Facilitate retirement planning discussions.
- Coordinate cross-functional transition planning across Talent, Operations, HRBP and Communications teams, guiding resource planning and prioritization.
- Define practice readiness requirements (staffing, schedule, capacity) in partnership with Operations.
Own Doctor Development Outcomes
- Ensure the Doctor Excellence Program initiatives measurably improve productivity, retention and engagement.
- Responsible for defining participation expectations, KPIs, and feedback loops in partnership with L&D.
- Ensure development insights are fed back into onboarding, mentorship, and recruitment messaging.
Drive Continuous Improvement Across the Network
- Use data to improve how Corus integrates and develops doctors
- Identify systemic gaps in onboarding, clinical and operational development, and transitions.
- Track themes and patterns to inform improvements to integration planning.
- Feed insights into recruitment, workforce planning, and strategy.
All About You:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, human resources, or change management, ideally within multi-site or multi-location environments, with demonstrated success supporting organizational growth and scalability.
- Proven track record of driving measurable performance outcomes, including improvements in productivity, utilization, operational efficiency, and overall business results.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and track initiatives, manage timelines and resources, and deliver results across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and root causes, and develop practical, actionable solutions.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels, building alignment and buy-in across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
- Comfortable owning outcomes in a high-accountability, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Experience in dental, orthodontic, or healthcare services considered a strong asset, particularly within specialty or referral-based practice models.
