Tasks
- Receive, sort, verify, and record all invoices, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the system.
- Prepare detailed reports on invoices, payments, and discrepancies; analyze the data and propose process improvements.
- Follow up on payments and keep financial documents and transactions up to date.
- Collect, validate, and forward payroll-related information as needed.
- Work closely with the finance team to support account collections.
- Update client records while maintaining a clear traceability of financial operations.
- Perform other related administrative or accounting tasks as required.

Job requirements
- College diploma in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a billing clerk or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of billing software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in French (spoken and written).
- Functional English required to communicate with English-speaking colleagues and contractors, especially with suppliers from the U.S. and English-speaking provinces in Canada (approximately 30% of the time).
- Knowledge of Maestro software is considered an asset.
