Drive student acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through process optimization and innovative initiatives. Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in Project Management, Product Management, Operations Management, or a similar leadership role within EdTech, e-learning, SaaS, or related industries. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience building, managing, and scaling remote or distributed teams. Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to long-term growth initiatives. Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to take ownership of operational and commercial outcomes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions to improve operational effectiveness. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Experience in workforce development, vocational education, training programs, or trade-related industries is considered an advantage.
