Job Duties
-
Oversee daily housekeeping activities across guest rooms, lodges, villas, and common areas to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
-
Conduct routine walkthroughs and quality checks to confirm rooms and facilities are prepared in accordance with company standards prior to guest use.
-
Step in to assist with cleaning tasks when operational demands require additional support.
-
Provide day-to-day supervision to housekeeping attendants and cleaning staff, ensuring work assignments are clearly communicated and completed as expected.

Allocate daily tasks and adjust assignments based on occupancy levels, guest arrivals and departures, and staffing availability.
-
Monitor attendance, productivity, and overall performance of housekeeping staff.
-
Provide hands-on training to new and existing employees on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safe handling of cleaning products.
-
Ensure staff follow established safety practices and comply with workplace health and safety requirements, including proper use of protective equipment.

Promote a safe and respectful work environment and address employee concerns as they arise.
-
Liaise with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management teams to ensure rooms are available on schedule and operational issues are communicated promptly.
-
Report maintenance concerns, damaged furnishings, or safety hazards requiring repair or replacement.
-
Support management in implementing housekeeping procedures and service improvements.
-
Monitor usage of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate availability for daily operations.
-
Request replenishment of supplies and report shortages or equipment issues in a timely manner.
-
Respond professionally to guest requests or feedback related to housekeeping services.
-
Ensure any service deficiencies are addressed promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
-
Maintain basic records related to room inspections, staff schedules, and supply usage as required by management.
Skills requirements:

Minimum high school education
-
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory work experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or a related operational environment is required.

Willingness to undergo a criminal background check as a condition of employment.
-
Ability to perform physically demanding duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
