Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Associate Scientist located in Richmond, BC. The Research and Development Associate Scientist will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing experiments, developing new products, and improving existing products. Daily tasks include conducting research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, performing data analysis, and maintaining accurate records of all research activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and executing experiments, performing data analysis, and maintaining accurate research records
- Skills in developing new products and improving existing products
- Ability to conduct research and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Richmond, BC
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
