Salary: $81,000-$95,000/annum The Opportunity: Sunoco LP is a leading operator of critical energy infrastructure and North America’s largest independent fuel distributor. The midstream plant maintenance support team provides administrative support services to the Terminal, Pipeline, and Refinery teams. The Plant Maintenance Support (Refinery) will be responsible for managing equipment records in SAP and material master updates. The person in this role is also responsible for identifying and recommending process improvement opportunities that result in more efficient task execution, data collection and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary business owner for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and related data collection applications supporting Refinery Operations.
- Configure and maintain planned maintenance and inspection tasks in SAP PM, including but not limited to new equipment setup and regulatory inspection scheduling.
- Act as SME for SAP PM and Inventory processes, supporting field troubleshooting of SAP and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Accounting, and Technical Services to implement and improve SAP processes including warehouse setup, spare equipment inventory, work order management, and stock replenishment.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance task execution, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years of business systems setup and reporting experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance and/or Inventory Management (preventive maintenance, work orders, inventory transactions, warehouse locations).
- Strong skills in SAP, Microsoft Office, and mobile data collection tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator across cross-functional teams.
- Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities.
