Project Coordinator – Installation Team

$25 - $30 per hour

We have 40 years of history, and our licensed, factory-trained technicians minimize downtime and prioritize urgent service. In addition, we have an extensive support team to drive service excellence, and we maintain a sizable inventory of OEM parts. We are the industry leader in Canada, and we care beyond service!

A Day in the life:

The project coordinator thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment and plays a central role in supporting both our installation team in project execution and service operations. Working closely with installation technicians, project managers, customers, and subtrades, this role coordinates the workflow of the project team, understands schedules processes, and ensures accurate documentation and communication across all stakeholders. Responsibilities include call creation, equipment shipments, dispatch coordination, invoicing and billing follow-ups, and problem-solving on the fly. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities to keep projects and service operations running smoothly.

What you will bring:

  • High school graduation required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, dispatch and customer service
  • Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment is an asset
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
