Votre nouveau poste
À titre de directeur de succursale, vous recrutez, dirigez et mobilisez une équipe de haut calibre afin d’atteindre les objectifs alignés sur le plan stratégique de l’entreprise. Sous votre leadership, votre équipe se distingue par un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Par votre rétroaction continue, la formation et votre style de gestion, vous instaurez une culture qui fait de votre succursale un employeur de choix, favorisant la rétention des employés et l’attraction des meilleurs talents. Vous incarnez les valeurs de l’entreprise et inspirez employés et sous‑traitants à travailler efficacement, dans le respect rigoureux des politiques et procédures en matière de santé et sécurité.
Vous assurez le suivi quotidien des rapports et le maintien de processus conformes sur diverses plateformes de gestion. Vous générez des résultats mesurables en matière de ventes, d’atteinte des objectifs et de marges bénéficiaires brutes. Vous gérez et développez à la fois les activités et les équipes, jouant ainsi un rôle clé dans le succès de l’organisation.
Les qualifications demandées
Pour être considéré pour ce rôle clé, vous possédez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de succursale et/ou en leadership en restauration après sinistre ou dans un secteur connexe. Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, en gestion du temps et en résolution de problèmes Aisance avec les technologies; maîtrise de Microsoft Office requise (Xactimate un atout) Certifications IICRC considérées comme un atout Êtes‑vous capable de générer de la rentabilité tout en mobilisant et inspirant une équipe? Savez‑vous atteindre les objectifs et respecter les échéanciers sans compromettre la santé, la sécurité ni la qualité? Prêt(e) à prendre le leadership de l’équipe?

Your new role
As Branch Manager, you build, lead, and deploy a top-quality team that collectively achieves goals that align with the company's strategic plan. Under your leadership, your team is known for providing customer service beyond compare. Your regular feedback, ongoing training, and leadership create a culture that makes your branch an "employer of choice" which not only retains your existing, hard-working employees but attracts top talent. You embody our core values, and it inspires both personnel and subcontractors to work efficiently while adhering to established health and safety policies and procedures. You monitor reports and maintain compliant processes every day on various reporting platforms. You produce measurable success in sales activity, achieved targets, and adequate Gross Profit levels. You manage and grow both the business and the people you work with every day, making what you do critical to our success.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this vital role, your background should include at least 5+ years of experience in branch management and/or leadership in disaster restoration or related industry Excellent interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills required
Skilled in technology, Microsoft Office products necessary, and Xactimate preferred IICRC certifications are a plus
