About the role
Overview:
The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for securing sales from existing and prospective clients through a B2B and solution based consultative selling approach. The incumbent is driven to provide a high level of customer service and provides the Heirsearch client with the highest level of professionalism while closing sales and reaching monthly sales goals.
Duties & RESPONSIBILITIES
- :Responds to and qualifies assigned leads in the set timefram
- eSecures sales from existing and prospective clients to reach and exceed monthly sales goal
- sManages client’s expectations and delivers a positive customer experience to ensure repeat and referral busines
- sAssembles accurate and complete information to enter and track in Salesforce CRM syste
- mSales project participation as assigned from time to tim
- eOversees and manages the full cycle client experienc
- eCollaborates with the research team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to client file
