The Opportunity
We're launching our next portfolio company and looking for a Co-Founder & Head of Growth to build it with us from day one. You'll own the entire commercial function: defining the go-to-market strategy, closing the first customers yourself, building the go-to-market playbook from scratch, partnering with the CEO on marketing and positioning, and eventually hiring and leading the team that scales it. This is a true co-founder role. You'll shape company strategy alongside the CEO, hold meaningful equity, and be central to every major decision from pricing to fundraising to hiring. What You'll Do
Lead founder-led selling for the first 12–18 months, closing early design partners and paying customers yourself. Define ICP, pricing, packaging, and the initial sales motion from a blank page. Build the commercial playbook — messaging, discovery, demo, close, and expansion. Own positioning and partner with the CEO on early marketing strategy, content, and brand. Partner with the CEO on fundraising — narrative, metrics, and investor conversations. Hire and lead the first go-to-market team once the motion is proven. Own revenue forecasting and pipeline management through Series A and beyond. Who You Are
7+ years in B2B sales or marketing, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role. Prior experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B), ideally as an early commercial hire or founding sales leader. Experience as a Head of Sales, Head of Growth, Founding AE, or a revenue leader. Track record of building a go-to-market motion from zero — not just scaling one that already worked. Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and energized by the zero-to-one phase. Strong written and verbal communication — you'll be the voice of the company to customers and investors. Toronto-based or willing to be here often. The Offer

Reference checks and meetings with our investors. Paid four-week trial period working together on a defined project before a final offer.
