In this context, the mandate is clear: You are 100% dedicated to new revenue acquisition You are responsible for building and converting a strong industrial pipeline You operate within complex, technical, multi-stakeholder sales cycles This role is designed for performance-driven individuals who want to have a direct impact on growth. Results are measurable, visible and directly tied to compensation. Mission Develop new industrial accounts in key markets: AI, mining, manufacturing, energy, HVAC and large projects Identify high-potential opportunities Generate net new growth Build a strong pipeline Responsibilities Actively prospect through field and strategic outreach Generate, qualify and win high-potential opportunities Build and manage a structured pipeline (strong CRM discipline) Present technical solutions tailored to industrial realities Navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles Develop strong and compelling commercial proposals Maintain a high level of activity (field + pipeline) Accurately document all activities in the CRM Collaborate on onboarding new customers KPIs 70% new customer acquisition 30% segment performance Core Requirements B2B sales experience (preferably in an industrial or technical environment) Strong hunter mindset (active prospecting, resilience, execution discipline) Ability to navigate and close complex multi-stakeholder deals Structured approach: pipeline management, CRM discipline (Salesforce), rigorous planning Availability for a field-based role (75–80% travel) Impeccable work ethic Integrity and rigor in execution and relationship management What Will Set You Apart Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills Ability to balance persuasion and credibility with technical and decision-making stakeholders Strong autonomy and ownership of the territory Proven ability to perform in a demanding, results-driven environment What We Offer: Competitive compensation Career growth opportunities – we prioritize internal promotions Employer funded retirement plan Comprehensive health benefits, including medical and dental coverage and Telemedicine Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – confidential support for mental health, financial advice, and more Paid vacation and statutory holidays Tuition assistance program – support for continued education and professional development Please note: A pre-employment background check, including a criminal record check, is required.
