about this team
The Outbound Logistics Strategy & Optimization team is responsible for developing and executing the long-term logistics strategy and optimizing the logistics network. The team works closely with the Logistics Operations team, a diverse group of internal stakeholders and our logistics vendors to provide best-in-class logistics solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Logistics Analytics & Spend, the Logistics Analyst will be key to enable data driven decision making and providing the team and other stakeholders with impactful reporting and insights.
core responsibilities
- Partner with Logistics Operations team to gather and refine data requirements from existing and new systems
- Interpret and translate requirements from business users into technical and functional specifications
- Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track Outbound Logistics key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Apply best practices in data visualization, executive reporting, and business metrics
- Enhance the Outbound Logistics Power BI reporting suite in collaboration with analysts and business stakeholders
- Administer and manage Power BI Workspaces by implementing access controls, dataset governance, versioning, and standardized practices to ensure secure and scalable reporting.
- Perform quality assurance, including, but not limited to, User Acceptance Test.
- Design and implement frameworks and processes relating to product delivery, quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Champion data accessibility, usability, and storytelling across the Outbound Logistics organization
qualifications
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst; ideally within the Supply Chain or related industry.
- Experience with RDBMS such as Snowflake, Oracle or MySQL
- Familiarity with data modelling and data warehousing concepts
- Experienced with data visualization, preferably in Power BI, and knowledge of best practices in reporting structure.
- Strong familiarity with the functioning of the flows, architecture, and optimal structure of data: competence to acquire data needed to drive results.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)

**compensation and benefits package **
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-107,000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
