Commissionaires South Saskatchewan is currently seeking a Business Development Administrator to join the Business Development & Innovation team in Regina.
This full-time, on-site role supports the work behind Commissionaires’ contracts and client relationships, including proposals, quotes, costing support, contract tracking, document management, client communications, website updates, and content for approved social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
This is not a field security position. It is a practical business support role for someone who is organized, comfortable with CLM Software, Excel, and able to keep information, deadlines, records, and follow-up moving in a professional way.
Commissionaires South Saskatchewan has served southern Saskatchewan since 1948 and is part of a national not-for-profit organization that employs approximately 22,000 people serving more than 1,200 communities across Canada. Locally, the South Saskatchewan Division employs approximately 600 people and supports more than 180 locations across southern Saskatchewan.
Candidates with experience in administration, proposal support, contracts, project coordination, Microsoft 365, document management, communications, or business development support are encouraged to apply.
