🔧 What You'll Do
- Review specs, drawings & tender docs to prepare competitive bids
- Perform take-offs, secure vendor pricing, and submit bid packages
- Manage awarded contracts, budgets, schedules & project documentation
- Collaborate with operations, field teams, and vendors
- Direct project teams, ensuring compliance with safety & quality standards
- Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth
✅ What You Bring
- Degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or RSE 309A License
- 5+ years electrical estimating/project management experience (ICI sector)
- Proficiency with Accubid or McCormick, Microsoft Project & estimating software
- Strong leadership, client relationship & negotiation skills
- Experience preparing bid submissions & working with online portals
