Dealership: Guelph KIA

Location: Guelph, ON

Classification: Full-Time, Onsite, Immediate Vacancy

Salary: *$36,608-$50,000 

*(Includes monthly bonus, which can earn the role up to $50,000 - to be discussed)

What drives your day-to-day?

  • Assist customers, technicians, and the service department with identifying and sourcing automotive parts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
  • Process parts orders, invoices, and returns accurately.
  • Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts department.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Learn manufacturer systems, parts catalogues, and dealership processes.
  • Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.

What are the must-haves…

  • Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset.
  • CDK Experience is preferred.
  • Automotive knowledge or experience in a parts department is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn dealership software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
