Field Process Operator

Location: Fort Saskatchewan, AB Schedule: 5-5-4 rotating shift schedule | Days and Nights Overtime: Required based on operational and Turnaround needs We are seeking experienced Contract Field Process Operators to join the Production Operations team and support safe and efficient day-to-day plant operations, as well as major Turnaround activities planned for 2027.

Key Responsibilities

Support safe and efficient field/process operations. Complete required site training and operator qualification. Monitor process equipment and field conditions. Support Turnaround, shutdown, decontamination, commissioning, and startup activities. Work rotating day/night shifts and overtime as required. Follow all site safety and operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4th Class ABSA-certified Power Engineer – Required Experience in a process operations environment Valid driver's license Current Fall Protection and Confined Space certifications Ability to work rotating days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime Ability to work at heights, enter confined spaces, and safely wear a respirator or SCBA Must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate at personal expense Preferred Experience: Refinery, upgrader, petrochemical, oil & gas processing, Turnaround, shutdown, commissioning, or startup operations.
