Retail Field Manager - Calgary, AB
Salary: $50,000–$65,000 + bonus potential
Benefits: 3 weeks vacation, vehicle allowance + mileage, phone allowance, benefits after 3 months

We are hiring a District Manager in the Calgary area to lead field teams, manage retail execution, and build strong client and retailer relationships. This role is 70% remote and 30% in-field.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support field merchandisers and sales reps
- Oversee store visits, audits, and program execution
- Build strong relationships with clients and retailers
- Monitor metrics, provide coaching, and ensure reporting accuracy
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and team performance
- Resolve operational issues and ensure flawless execution
- Cost control and budget management
What You Bring
- Relevant post-secondary degree (Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field)
- 3+ years experience in retail, merchandising, or field management at the district/multi-site level
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel to V-Lookup & pivot table level)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
