We are hiring for a Full-Time Grocery Supervisor with a wage range of $18.00 - $22.00 at our location in Manning, AB.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist Grocery Manager with, ordering, receiving, and merchandising
- Inventory and stocking procedures to achieve company quality standards
- Create visually appealing ‘X-citing Promotions and displays
- Process sales transactions, maintain sales records, and operate computerized sales and inventory systems
- Assist Grocery Manager with Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are adhered to by the Grocery Team
- Handling customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience
What you Bring:
- 1 year minimum experience in a grocery or high-volume retail setting
- Warm and welcoming personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working during peak grocery store hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
