An opportunity has just opened up for a part time Member Services Representative at our club!

This is a front desk position and the point of contact as members and guests enter the Club, and sets the tone for a warm, welcoming and positive experience for all members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Creating the member experience by being personable, knowledgeable and approachable in all interactions with members.
• Acting as the central source of information for members and guests regarding club activity and taking responsibility for learning about all of the services which the club offers.
• Assisting with program registrations, cancellations, club services and court bookings.
• Selling and stocking pro-shop items and assisting members with purchases.
• Updating and communicating membership changes.
• Assist members in their needs for all areas of the club.
• Using proper telephone etiquette and directing calls/inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Using proper mail, package, and message handling procedures.
• Handling complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent with customer service experience
• Strong customer service skills with at least 1 year experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administration skills
• Proficient or familiar with computerized systems
• Must be available evenings and weekends for a minimum of 15 -20 hours a week. Preference given to qualified candidates with some availability for day shifts as well.
• Background Check will be required.
