As a Brand Manager (Entry – Puck), you will provide strategic brand ownership over the Puck brand marketing and innovation initiatives for the Canadian market to enhance Arla Foods’ brand share and positioning.
About The Role Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Brand Marketing, you will
- Own the day to day management for key executional elements of all brand campaign projects including; Media, Creative, Sampling, Shopper, PR for the Puck brand
- Develop and bring to life a strong pipeline of innovation for the Puck portfolio
- Lead the annual strategic brand planning cycle for Puck, and ensure clear communication of plans to the local organization through the National Sales Meeting
- Build strong relationships with global teams throughout the Middle East to maximize local brand positioning and performance
- Build and develop clear communication internally (cross-functionally) and externally (with all agency partners) that ensure focused direction to develop programs that deliver against brand plans
- Analyze business results to ensure strategies and programs are effective and KPI objectives are being attained to maximize ROI
- Own the budget management process for the Puck brand
- Participate in the development of brand marketing strategies as they relate to product, price, promotion, place and positioning within the Canadian market
- Together with the Insights Manager, Digital Media Lead & Manager, Commercial Excellence, provide additional review of market data and provide relevant insights, observations and recommendations to the Marketing team for future opportunities
Who are you?
You will have a at least three years’ experience in Brand Management within a Tier 1 CPG environment. You will also have experience developing and executing marketing programs, brief writing, with overall P&L management, as well as previous hands-on experience in the creation and full execution of brand plans. Your profile will also include knowledge of the Canadian grocery retail landscape. You will have a post secondary degree or diploma in a business, marketing or equivalent field.
With excellent interpersonal skills and experience working across cross-functional teams, you will utilize your strong strategic and analytic thinking skills to utilize data to support business decisions. Experience with the Nielsen Database is required. With strong communication skills and high attention to detail and an action-oriented mindset, you will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment utilizing organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
What do we offer? The compensation range for this role will be $80-100K, and this posting is for a current vacancy.
