Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a permanent full-time Accounting Analyst to join its vibrant team. Reporting to the Financial and Fiscal manager, the Accounting Analyst supports the finance department by ensuring the accuracy of financial information, performing account analyses, and contributing to the preparation of financial reports.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and supporting documentation
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Analyze financial variances and provide explanations to management
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes when required
- Maintain and update accounting records in the financial system
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper financial tracking of operations
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance department
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work
