Under the leadership of the Finance Manager, the candidate will oversee the daily functions at the Mississauga warehouse as listed below and provide support to the office staff and the Canadian field organization. He/she will enforce company policies as listed below. All Canadian warehouse (CLC) activities are to be conducted in support of the company's health and safety policies.
Responsibilities Receiving:
- Receiving incoming CLC stocking orders from the factory;
- Receiving all CLC customer returns and Demo equipment from field staff;
- Receiving all incoming tradeshow and vender fair activities.
Shipping
- Shipping daily orders to customers across Canada using Purolator or FedEx websites;
- Demo equipment to customers and trade shows;
- Shipping in the system and logistics, create customs documents for all repairs, returns, purges and return of exchange boards back to US vendors;
- Shipping all incoming tradeshow and vendor fair activities.
Inventory Integritye
- Inventory adjustments in MFG Pro;
- Cycle counts of the CLC warehouse;
- Yearly physical count of all inventory in the warehouse;
- Working with other staff members to ensure inventory is accurate.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience;
- Minimum of 3 and ideally 5 plus years of work experience in a small office environment with Canadian reporting and US parent reporting experience;
- Flexible and team-oriented with good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong and demonstrated time management, organization, and deadline management skills;
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook;
