• Make business decisions to ensure the success, profitability, and growth of your branch.
• Serve a local market and be the go-to reference for projects of all sizes.

Do you have what we’re looking for?

• At least five (5) years of experience in sales or branch management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and management skills.
• Highly organized and results-oriented.
• High level of autonomy.
• Good financial knowledge and inventory management skills.

Challenges Awaiting You

• Develop profitable long-term relationships with your clients in your region.
• Identify and seize untapped expansion opportunities in your region through existing and potential clients.
• Identify, attract, develop, motivate, and retain your talented team.
• Behave ethically and professionally, reflecting the company’s values.
• Increase the profitability of your branch by systematically controlling costs, expenses, and investments.
• Be responsible for the overall condition of your branch, ensuring it is well-organized and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Analyze various reports from the operational system (P21) and financial system (Workday) and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure that cycle counts are up to date and verify the adjustments from the previous day.
