Your Job
- Proactively manage calendars, emails, and priorities for leaders to support timely decision-making.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, committees, and quarterly events, ensuring logistics and documentation are in place.
- Organize business travel and handle expense reports, reimbursements, and payments with accuracy.
- Support administrative processes related to recruitment in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to the team’s operational efficiency.
- Oversee a high volume of invoice approvals, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Demonstrate maturity and autonomy in organizing work, managing time, and handling sensitive information.

Requisites
- Completed professional or college diploma (or academic equivalency) and at least three years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting senior leadership.
- Strong adaptability, autonomy, and sense of initiative.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
