Main Functions

Relevant du Directeur de projets, ingénierie LHS, le Technicien en automatisation aura pour mission d’analyser les besoins en automatisation, de poser des diagnostics et de développer des programmes pour les automates et les interfaces opérateurs.

Responsabilités

  • Analyser les besoins en automatisation;
  • Préparer des listes d’entrées-sorties des automates;
  • Programmer les automates Allen Bradley et les interfaces opérateur iFIX de GE;
  • Effectuer des simulations (pré-vérifications opérationnelles) avant les mises en route;
  • Participer à l’installation et à la mise en route de nouveaux équipements;
  • Configurer des instruments de mesure, variateurs de fréquences et autres composantes;
  • Diagnostiquer les défaillances des équipements existants et proposer des solutions correctives;
  • Évaluer les besoins en composantes (instruments, variateurs, etc.);
  • Contribuer à la rédaction d’analyses fonctionnelles;
  • Participer à la formation des opérateurs et/ou superviseurs et autres personnes concernées;
  • Supporter l’équipe de production après la mise en route des équipements;
  • Collaboration avec différents secteurs (production, maintenance, etc.);
  • Participer à différents projets spéciaux.

Required

  • Détenir un DEC en automatisation, électrotechnique, instrumentation ou domaine connexe
  • Posséder au moins trois (3) ans d’expérience en automatisation ou domaine connexe
  • Maîtrise des automates Allen Bradley et iFIX de GE
  • Bonne connaissance en authentification API (Token, OAuth, etc)
  • Bonne connaissance des scripts VBA
  • Bonne compréhension des protocoles http (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE);
  • Savoir manipuler des formats JSON et XML
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word et PowerPoint)

An asset

  • Expérience dans un environnement réglementé (GMP, ISO, etc.)
