We are looking for a Supervisor Work Management Technology to join our team! This role leads and directs the integration of maintenance management systems into our Enterprise Resource Planning platforms. You’ll lead a team that optimizes technology, standardizes solutions, manages transactional data, and aligns work management processes with technology. Here's what you will do:
- Lead a team providing regional and frontline technical support, including day-to-day support, standard changes, and incident/error management.
- Oversee technical support for business requirements, process design, enhancement scoping, testing, and implementation.
- Optimize technology and integrations across platforms.
- Standardize solutions and align work management processes with technology.
- Manage system integration points with boundary systems and ERP platforms.
- Support and sustain mobility solutions, including innovation and continual improvement of mobile software and hardware platforms.
- Liaise with the change network and Enterprise Asset Management Team.
- Develop strategic plans for system implementation and migration.
- Identify technical issues, risks, and opportunities, and address them through development and governance.
- Maintain alignment with current/pending codes, legislation, and industry best practices.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development for direct reports.
Who You Are:
You have:
- Related university degree and 6+ years of experience, or 8+ years of field experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Experience in data and reporting analytics in pipeline, gas processing, petrochemical, or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas or Utilities operational business requirements and processes.
- Working knowledge of Maximo, or other maintenance management systems, especially in WM Governance, Planning, and Scheduling.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Ability to create automated data reports and charts using Excel or other tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Diploma or technical certificate in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Maximo, SAP Asset Manager, SCADA, GIS, Power BI, and document management systems.
- Knowledge of Work Management principles related to planning and scheduling.
Working Conditions:
- Work performed in typical office environment.
- Some travel required- up to 20%

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:
Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
