How you’ll contribute
The Parts Administrator (1 Year Contract) is a key player on our Scaffold team and looks after everything from coordinating shipments, answering questions, providing accurate invoicing and receiving payments, and more. With empathy, you are committed to really listen, respond quickly, and show each customer you care.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor Scaffold Inbox, responding to internal customers for order scheduling and equipment pickup
- Administration of customer orders, store transfers and equipment returns.
- Review damages to equipment & invoice customers
- Assist with scheduling of new orders and transferring products out for contract creation.
- Assist with invoicing of scaffold labour services
- Assist with inventory monitoring to preserve the integrity of the Rental Management computer system
- Order office supplies, restock supply cabinets
- Assist with dispatching driver runs when needed
- Adhere to all Company and Customer Safety Standards.
- Use excellent communication skills and phone etiquette when interacting with the road crew, stores, sales team and customers.
- Other duties as assigned

What you bring to the table
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Working knowledge/understanding of scaffold equipment an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills and able to effectively handle inquiries in person and on the phone.
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of the English language.
- Strong computer skills specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
