Production Team Membersplay a vital role in supporting the production and delivery of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Compensation and Benefits
-Starting wages of $21.63/hr -Paid overtime after 40/hours per week -CompanyPerformance Bonuses -Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
We offer a very extensive benefit program:
-Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1stfull year) -Benefits start from Day 1– 90% Medical, 80% Dental, Variety of Paramedical Coverage ($500/service)
- Uniforms are Provided + Yearly Allowance + Yearly Safety Boot Allowance
- Employee Assistance Program provided through Manulife/Homewood

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembly of service parts
- Inspecting service parts
- Picking and packaging service parts
- Making boxes and wrapping shipments
- Inventory counts
- Maintain excellent 5S condition
- Support other areas of the PC department when required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) ispreferred**–or—**successful completion of an aptitude test
You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
