What you'll need to have
-
University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience within retail, home furnishing, supply chain, or customer service environments.

Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

Proven experience in problem-solving, process improvement, and operational execution.
-
Ability to deep dive into inventory issues, connect data points, and clearly explain findings and root causes.
-
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-centric mindset.
-
Demonstrated leadership skills, including confidence in public speaking and influencing cross-functional partners.
Your responsibilities
-
Contribute to the execution of Operational Forecasting by partnering with commercial and store teams, proactively monitoring performance, identifying deviations, and ensuring high-quality forecasts.

Support inventory planning and execution, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
-
Proactively secure correct range management by monitoring assortment accuracy and taking corrective actions when gaps or discrepancies are identified.

Ensure stock accuracy by closely monitoring transactions, identifying root causes of discrepancies (e.g., receiving errors or incorrect transactions), and driving corrective actions.

Investigate missing or inaccurate stock by deeply analyzing system data, physical inventory flows, and transactional history to connect the dots and make issues clear and actionable.

Collaborate cross-functionally with store partners and internal stakeholders to resolve inventory issues and improve operational processes.

Build strong relationships with store teams by actively listening, paying close attention to stock accuracy concerns, and providing clear guidance and support.

Communicate insights, risks, and improvement opportunities clearly and confidently to stakeholders, including presenting findings in group settings when required.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 49120 CAD to 60000 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
