Video Production Manager/Video Projects Manager

Job Summary
The Video Lead Project Manager is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of video production projects within the Cloud Learning Services team. This role requires a blend of technical and project management skills to ensure the timely and successful completion of video projects, from initial request to final delivery. The Video Lead Project Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and creative teams to produce high-quality video content that supports learning and enablement initiatives.
Responsibilities Project Management Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of video projects, including scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Enforce and maintain data integrity in the project system of record (e.g., TaskFlow) to ensure global reporting accuracy.
Creative & Technical Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements. Provide creative direction and feedback to video production teams. Oversee end-to-end delivery of video content, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production. Ensure all video content follows brand guidelines and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all video production-related inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including program managers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts. Manage vendor relationships and ensure the quality of their work.
Qualifications and Experience Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of video production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production. Experience working with video editing software and project management tools like Buganizer. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with cloud products and services is a plus. Experience working on a variety of video projects, including training videos, customer stories, and promotional content.
