Our core values of safety, teamwork, environmental sustainability, integrity, and commitment allow our more than 1,900 dedicated team members to thrive in their careers and to create a lasting legacy that benefits all Alamos stakeholders.

About Island Gold District: Alamos Gold’s Island Gold District will become one of the largest and lowest-cost gold mines in Canada. With the two mines within the district, Island Gold and Magino employ over 900 team members who work in the underground and open pit operations and are located in northern Ontario, just east of the town of Dubreuilville, 83 kilometres northeast of Wawa. Through ongoing exploration success, Island Gold District’s Mineral Reserves and Resources have continued to grow in size and quality.
