We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Manager, Digital Loyalty Operations to join our More Rewards team in Langley, BC. Reporting to the Director, More Rewards Loyalty you will be responsible for leading the full CRM and customer communications ecosystem, transforming it from a transactional channel into a strategic growth engine. This role blends digital strategy, operational execution, and team leadership to deliver personalized, high-impact customer experiences across multiple banners.
You’ll play a critical role in advancing our digital loyalty strategy, driving personalization, and ensuring seamless execution across every customer touchpoint.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end ownership of the loyalty and CRM ecosystem - including digital customer experience, data, system integrations, and campaign execution.
- Designing, optimizing, and delivering loyalty campaigns that build engagement and retention.
- Partnering with brand, creative, and agency teams to ensure campaigns reflect our brand identity and elevate storytelling across channels.
- Developing segmentation and personalization strategies to drive measurable results.
- Driving strategic planning across CRM, loyalty operations, and digital loyalty channels.
- Providing technical leadership in platform integration, automation, and system-level design.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
- Collaborating across the business to scale CRM and loyalty communications.
- Influencing loyalty frameworks to balance consistency with local and banner-specific needs.
- Leading and developing a team of three, setting clear priorities and building future capability.
You have:
- 8 - 10+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty program management, and data-driven marketing.
- A proven track record of scaling CRM and loyalty programs in complex environments.
- Strong technical expertise in CRM platforms, data integration, UX, and system governance.
- Deep knowledge of LTV modeling, attribution, and performance analytics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A curious mindset and an eye for emerging trends in digital consumer engagement and personalization.
