As part of our evolving reporting strategy, you’ll play a key role in transforming how data is consumed across the organization. From automating legacy reports to embedding AI into decision workflows, your contributions will directly shape our operational intelligence roadmap.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in-person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
What you’ll do:

Ensure operational reports are stable and accurate.

Build and maintain dashboards with BI software to meet business needs.

Create data visualizations and widgets that clarify key metrics.

Partner with corporate and field leaders to address data issues and reporting queries.
-
Collaborate across teams to develop complex data models and performance tools for store support.
-
Design and manage reports, scorecards, and performance tools for retail locations.
-
Respond promptly to emails in the reporting inbox.

Provide leadership with analysis and reporting for strategic projects and initiatives.

Organize and manage complex data from multiple sources using SQL or other tools.

Leverage AI and machine learning models to identify trends, anomalies, and predictive insights in operational data, supporting proactive decision-making

Develop and maintain intelligent dashboards that incorporate natural language queries and automated alerts for key performance indicators

Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI-driven modules into reporting platforms, including forecasting, clustering, and classification models

Help educate leaders on reporting and performance management.
What we’re looking for:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in retail.
-
3-5 years of experience in reporting and analytics.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and/or SSRS, with 3-5 years of experience.

Experience with AI/ML tools such as Azure ML, Python or AutoML platforms.

Familiarity with reporting automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, PowerShell).

Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into automated reporting solutions using advanced analytics and visualization tools.

3-5 years of advanced experience with VBA and SQL.
