Your organizational skills are exceptional, and your attention to detail and deadlines is unmatched. Communicating with others is a breeze, and you have no problem applying your technical knowledge to support your best judgement while troubleshooting.

We'd love it if you had these too:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience working in construction or real estate development accounting is ideal.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software, experience with Sage 300 is preferred.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Could Look Like:

General Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly to the corresponding working paper support
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and financial reporting for as many as four entities.
• Support the preparation of financial statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes where required.
• Leading customer closing process
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and optimize project profitability.

Compliance & Audit Support

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Prepare supporting documentation for audits, tax filings, and other regulatory reporting.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company and industry standards.
