Are you ready to shape the future of vendor risk management on a global scale? We’re seeking a visionary leader to drive strategy, innovation, and operational excellence across our procurement related Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function. In this high-impact role, you’ll report to the Head of Procurement and lead a global team of ~50 professionals, influencing how we manage “first line” risk and governance across 20,000+ contracts and 10,000+ vendors.
You’ll be at the forefront of regulatory compliance, technology adoption, and process transformation, ensuring we meet OSFI B-10 standards while leveraging AI and advanced analytics to optimize workflows. Position Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational execution for global vendor risk management.
- Oversee end-to-end vendor lifecycle, ensuring OSFI B-10 compliance and timely regulatory deliverables.
- Optimize processes and workflows across Vendor Governance, Information Security Risk, and Audit Remediation teams.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and analytics for risk assessment and workflow automation.
- Ensure effective integration of systems (Ivalua, ProcessUnity, Archer) for data governance and reporting.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with procurement, legal, and second-line risk functions.
- Lead remediation of audit findings and deliver executive-level reporting on vendor risk metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Risk Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or third-party risk within a regulated global environment.
- Expertise in OSFI B-10 compliance or similar regulatory frameworks; experience interfacing with regulators.
- Proven success leading large, diverse teams across geographies.
- Strong background in process optimization, operational excellence, and AI-driven risk management.
- Proficiency with workflow and risk tools (Ivalua, ProcessUnity, Archer or similar).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and accountability mindset.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to thrive in a matrixed global environment.

Salary range is expected to be between
$126,600.00 CAD - $235,300.00 CAD
