Hello, I am looking for a on site superintendent. I know that there are good ones out there, I am a mananger in Toronto area looking for an onsite to live in the building and help make our building a better place to live. We are dedicated to fixing the building, we are required to maintain the grounds, fix units, renovations of units, plumbing, drywall, plaster, electrical repairs (minor). I am looking for someone who is dedicated and willing to help make a difference.
