Key Responsibilities

People Leader: Motivate, coach, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment, ensuring engagement, growth, and safety on-site.

Operational Champion: Oversee daily operations, processing, and shipping activities to achieve productivity, cost, and quality targets.

Business Builder: Strengthen relationships with suppliers and customers while identifying opportunities that align with our vision and drive sustainable growth.

Safety Advocate: Partner with health and safety teams to ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations.

Process Improver: Track performance metrics, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leadership on operational planning, budgeting, and long-term business strategies.

Equipment Coordinator: Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs to keep assets running efficiently.
What You Bring to the Table

Proven experience in operations, manufacturing, or recycling management.
